1) Using This Site
By visiting or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2) Products & Ingredients

Our products are made in small batches; appearance may vary.

Common allergens we handle include: wheat/gluten (always), and may include eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, or sesame depending on the item.

Allergen disclaimer: Our home kitchen is not allergen-free. Cross-contact is possible. If you have severe allergies, please do not order.
3) Cottage Food Compliance
We operate under Georgia Cottage Food rules. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected in the same way as a commercial facility. Labels will include our business name as required by law. Some sales channels (e.g., shipping/wholesale) may be restricted by state law. We only sell and deliver in ways allowed by our local regulations.
4) Ordering, Lead Times & Availability

Lead time: Please place orders at least 2-3 days in advance.

Minimums/limits: We may set quantity limits during busy weeks.

Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation after checkout; if you don’t, contact us.
5) Pickup, Delivery & Risk of Lossā

Risk of loss: Once items are picked up or delivered to the address provided (or left in your designated spot), responsibility transfers to you.
6) Storage & Freshness
Sourdough is best the day it’s baked. Store at room temp in a paper bag or bread box. Avoid refrigeration (it stales bread faster). For longer keeping, slice and freeze in airtight bags. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from storage after pickup/delivery.
7) Pricing, Payment & Taxes
Prices can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus applicable taxes and fees. We accept [cards / cash at pickup / Zelle / etc.]. Orders aren’t started until payment is received.
8) Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations: You may cancel 2 before your scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund. After that window, ingredients and time are committed; cancellations may be partially refundable or non-refundable.

Order changes: We’ll try to accommodate changes made 24 hours before the bake, subject to availability.

Quality issues: If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or credit if we made a mistake. We can’t refund for issues caused by storage, missed pickup windows, or taste preferences.
9) Special Orders & Holidays
Custom flavors, shapes, or larger quantities may require extra lead time and a [deposit %]. Holiday menus often sell out early; all holiday preorders are final once confirmed.
10) Right to Refuse or Limit Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, limit quantities, or cancel any order (with a full refund) for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory constraints, or safety.
11) User Content (Reviews & Photos)
If you share reviews, photos, or tags of our products with us or on our pages, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display that content (with attribution when feasible) on our site and social channels. Don’t post anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., payment processors, maps). We’re not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.
13) Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and site are provided “as is.” We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is safe for your dietary needs. If you have medical conditions, allergies, or are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before consuming items with potential allergens or fermentation by-products.
15) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict rules. Before filing a complaint, please contact us—we prefer to resolve things quickly and fairly.
